All orders leave our facilities soon as the payment is processed, we do not delay the shipping process to maintain the quick and fast delivery of your products, multiple facilities may be used to expedite your valuable order, any furniture order that needs trucking will have to be coordinated with our customer service Dept to arrange for delivery conditions such as, walk up flight - loading dock - inside delivery - or time scheduling request by the customer, furniture delivery charges may apply as per order or number of pieces.
